About the project

Leaves Property Services completed the internal refurbishment of a commercial retail unit, which included the installation of a steel beam frame fitted to the ground and first floors to support the main roof structure.

The project also involved fire containment and improvement works, including the installation of new fire doors.

The refurbishment was finalized with the installation of new suspended ceilings, plastering, decorative finishes, and all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works, ensuring a safe and modern retail environment.
