About the project

Leaves Property Services were appointed to refurbish 28 police-owned properties.

The project scope includes the installation of new windows, doors, kitchens, and bathrooms, as well as plastering, decorating, and groundworks.

This refurbishment is being delivered in multiple phases over a 12-month period to ensure a smooth and efficient process across all properties.
